Each of our ingredients is carefully selected. We strive to work as much as possible with local, passionate and committed producers .
We are proud to announce that we have banned single-use plastics from our restaurant, have set up a compost system with our market gardener and use eco-labelled cleaning products, thus helping to reduce our environmental impact .
In harmony with nature, our team uses all its talent to create dishes and drinks that will awaken your senses and delight your palate. Each season brings a new palette of colors and flavors to our creations . We look forward to sharing our current offerings with you.
